Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to get back to you, and we do not sell it or hand it to anyone else.

When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, and whichever of your phone number and email address you give us, along with your town and what you tell us about the work. If you apply for a job we collect the same details plus your resume and anything you write in the box.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address of visitors. We use those only to keep the site working and to stop abuse of the forms.
To answer you, to quote and carry out work, and to keep a record of the job. Job applications are reviewed by the people who do our hiring. That is the whole of it.
Nobody, other than the company that hosts this website and our email provider, both of whom handle the data purely to deliver those services. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send marketing to people who have only asked us a question.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your own browser and never reaches us.
Enquiries and job records are kept while they are useful for servicing the equipment and for the warranty on the work. Job applications are kept for a reasonable period in case a suitable role opens up. Ask us and we will delete yours.

This site is for our customers and for people looking for work with us. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top.
