Most of our work is new construction and multifamily, so the schedule is steady through the winter instead of drying up. Packages run from a hundred thousand to ten million, which means there is always something to learn and somewhere to move up to.
We promote from inside wherever we can. Several of our project managers and service managers started as helpers. If you show up, take the work seriously and treat the customer properly, there is a path here.
Residential and commercial service and repair on all makes and models. Own tools and a clean driving record. EPA certification preferred.
New construction installation, ductwork and equipment sets. A good place to start if you are serious about learning the trade properly.
Take offs and pricing for mechanical packages on multifamily and commercial work. Plan reading essential, design build experience a plus.
Run jobs from award through commissioning. Coordinate with GCs and our own crews, and keep the schedule and the budget honest.
